& Fax Numbers -
We request a phone/fax number only if you request further
information or make a purchase or booking with us in case we need to
contact you by means other than email.
Credit
Card Information -
We will only request your credit card information if, for some
reason, you are unable to pay through the PayPal or StormPay secure
links on our site.
Should
we have to obtain your credit card details, we will only retain your
information for a period of time which is relevant to the dispatch
and satisfied receipt of the booking or item ordered to allow for
the possibility of a credit being posted to your credit card in the
event of a return or refund situation.
Information
collected remains solely with us - The information collected is for
our own customer database only. We NEVER sell, rent, loan or pass on
in anyway lists of names, email addresses, fax or phone numbers,
credit card details or any other information from anyone.
How
do you remove your name from our lists? - If you wish to be removed
from our list, simply follow the directions at the bottom of all our
mailings. You will have the option to remove yourself from the
current mailing only - or complete and total removal from our
system. Your privacy is extremely important to us and your removal
will be instant.
